It's been a while since I've done any intensive costuming, but recently I'm feeling pretty inspired by Battlestar Galactica.

I really want one of those flight suits. And I don't think they make them in China. (Sorry if that's in poor taste - it's kind of a private joke.) So I guess I'll be making one myself.

The point of this costume diary is multi-fold - partly to keep interested parties updated on my progress, partly to solicit feedback and help with resources, but mostly to keep myself motivated. If I know other people are watching my progress, I'll be a lot less likely to give up in frustration when I hit "that point" in the project.
